Qualifications：
1.You speak and write fluent English and Chinese while having an in-depth knowledge about the Chinese culture.
2.You understand that every decision you make will impact players in different ways, so you are mindful about building seamless, player-worthy experiences.
3.You show strong critical thinking, being able to make decisions in a macro perspective considering your partner and the market ecosystem; but at the same time, you show the same attention to details because you know that it is the details that make the difference.
4.Phenomenal communications-not only can you share direct and thoughtful feedback, you can lay out the logic behind it; you are persuasive towards both internal and external partners.
5.Self-driven with positive attitude and strong ability to work independently and autonomously
