Project Description:

BFC Group is a US/China based investment banking firm with a focus in merger & acquisition (MA), financing and technology licensing in the healthcare industry. We are working with the leading global healthcare companies in US, Europe and Asia. We are interested in recruiting aspiring candidate with a passion to grow his/her career with us.

Responsibilities of the position:

Develop and publish weekly BFC ECM biotech report using Wind and Bloomberg or Capital IQ

Collect weekly transaction data in MA, licensing and financing in China and the rest of the world.

Support the transaction team in writing business plan for biotech companies.  The candidate will be required to have a quick understanding of company product position, and build a professional business plan

Conduct comprehensive valuation analysis through using public market comparable, primary market data and financial modeling

Candidate will be required to develop market forecast for individual product/company and build relevant financial model

Gather biotech capital market intelligence through public and private data base

Candidate will discuss with industry experts to get feedback on his/her research and revised its analysis based on such feedback

Support on-going transaction as part of the transaction team

Support the organization of investment conference in Shanghai and San Francisco

Qualifications:

·Life science background is required

·Fluent in Chinese and English

·Strong quantitative skills is preferred

·Passionate about biotech investment banking

·Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills will be preferred

·Professional presentation skills

·Excellent academic background
